Cross Breed Black Pepperberry IPA

I found half a dozen of these very limited edition/one off beers by Mountain Goat & Mikkeller this evening in the back of the walk in fridge at the Lapstone Hotel......it may not sound like much but it has made my week!

This beer was released earlier in the year and pretty much sold out straight away, it was one of my favs of the year and I was waiting for a good reason to crack open my last remaining bottle....fortunately for me the owners on the Lapstone stashed a case away without realising it, only finding it today! I went into the walk in fridge to cool down and low and behold I saw them on a shelf in the corner....I swore and grabbed them as fast as I could!

As you can tell good beer makes me happy and finding beer I never thought I'd try again makes me very happy! As it is a hot day I am going to sit out on the veranda and crack open one of these bad boys!

I think it's time to bite the bullet and change my blip name to something more appropriate!
