Hull Fair

Something that, by all accounts, is a bit of an institution, was partly what I expected & partly not.
Being there "solely for the enjoyment of the children" I, unfortunatly didn't manage to enjoy any fairground rides myself, despite us being with Alexander's parents.
I did though, have some nice chips & coconut ice, some of which I shared with Ferguson on the bus home.
Much joy was had by the young contingent of the group & I didn't so much mind handing over £5.00 for a tacky flashing sword....
