Blow

Early start to prepare for our set piece annual planning and budget discussion. Bit of a cartoon stand off in many ways but went fine. Long conversation afterwards with C before dashing off for annual health check. 
Reminds me - my ears seem to be responding to the combination of steroid spray and blowing through this contraption to try and clear my eustachian tubes. Fingers crossed it will work.
Another evening of preparations for the next big committee.....
