Sculpted Rocks in Brittany

We drove from north to the coast from Rennes today with our four friends for a seafood lunch in Cancâle. We then went on to visit Les Rochers Sculpté near St. Malo.  This consists of some 300 images sculpted into rocks on a small promentary by Abbé Fouré (1839-1910). After he was removed from his ministry he spent most of the rest of his life from 1894-1907 sculpturing the images. Our friends (all four) are on the right in this shot.
