The tiny ‘Way Outback Brewing Company’
Popped into Southbourne with husband and a local Italian friend’s father who was over for a few days. We chanced upon this tiny microbrewery, recently opened thanks to crowdfunding.
Neither of us regrettably are into craft beers. But a beautiful huge Bernese Mountain lazed outside in the sun, and he tempted us in. We apologised for not being potential punters, but Rich, the owner, was super friendly and we talked about craft beer, Aspall which he also enjoys but doesn’t sell and our friend showed him photos of ‘Le Cinque Terre’. The wonderful region he lives in:-

The bar had the rugged appeal of the new generation of cafés. And provided a tempting photo opportunity. Rich had made the tables and benches himself (if only we had a loft appartment, he could have had a lucrative commission).
I admired the tulips against the brick backdrop, and voilà my (slightly enhanced) blip for today.......”Close up of tulips against a brick wall in a tiny Microbrewery”.
(We then strolled back to Bournemouth, in bright sun, along the cliff top and then down to Boscombe Pier and along the the front).
(After some dithering, I am entering for Markus’s biochromatic challenge. Green is a neutral in the plantworld)
