Waiting....

Maisie is patiently waiting for me to cross the river via the Stepping Stones. I always have some pebbles in my pocket to throw in the water as I cross. This distracts her so I can cross safely. She loves hunting for the pebbles as they hit the water. This morning she actually found one of them in the water.... Clever girl. We’ve had a brilliant fine sunny day. I had lunch with friend Ruth at The Haven Cafe. It was great to see her and have a good catch-up. Friends are so special!
