Marking time

A little bit of dendrochronology.

In other news it has been foggy for days now. I'm not convinced it'll ever lift. Fortunately I quite like fog but it would be nice to see the sun again, particularly as the clocks go back at the weekend.*

Oh, and the answer to yesterday's quiz was Little Red Rooster performed by the Counterfeit Stones. Wouldn't it have been great if the real Stones had played Haslemere Hall! Well done to BobWinchester55 and davetherave1947 for being closest to the correct answer ;)
