The Baker
We ate in the Turkish bakery most nights, preferring this too the tourist restaurants selling pizza and chips and english breakfast on the main strip.
Had to be good as this was where all the locals ate.
The food was all prepared fresh in front of you with local ingredients and baked in the brick oven.
It was always exciting never knowing exactly what you had ordered as they spoke little or no english. I think they found us as much a novelty as we found them.
