Much of the day dealing with/waiting for our electricity supplier to phone back. In December, for the first time ever, I changed electricity supplier...and I won't be doing it again, unless it is to change back to our original supplier. The whole thing has been an administrative nightmare - wrong information, no bills, unable to access my account...each person I speak to is very helpful, but nothing seems to get done/corrected. I think we have made some progress today.

J called past to ask a favour, so I asked him about my rear wiper - he couldn't figure it out either, so I don't feel so silly ;)
