Sólheimajökull Glacier

JT on a glacier that’s on top of a volcano... The prevailing wisdom is that Iceland is overdue a large eruption. The last one added 5km to the south coast, so I think our hotel is on the new land.

What an amazing place. Lots of walking today and although the weather forecast was for it to be breezy, what that actually meant was the wind stopped you in your tracks or blew you into the person beside you...
