Pickett isn’t mine but he belongs to Harry’s breeders.
If you look carefully he has a cleft lip.

The lady concerned also runs a chihuahua rehoming site.
Well Pickett is one of five and she was contacted hours after he was born his then owners didn’t know what to do , so S took him away and tube fed him every two hours as he was unable to suckle off his mummy.
S daughter took him on board
He was hand reared for three weeks until he could manage solids. At six weeks he was scanned for hydro ( water on the brain) but got the all clear he then under went two ops to repair his lip.
At this point the breeders said they were not willing to throw anymore money at this dog and gave him up.
16 months later he’s a healthy lively pup that adores life. Although he is very humanised.
Pickett is named after another JK Rowling character just like Harry.
