Snowdrops in the dyke

I walked up to C. and C.s to check on the post.  On the way back I spotted these snowdrops in the dyke.  I included the plastic cup in the frame to remind myself that it was not such a pretty scene as the dyke is full of bottles, cans and plastic containers thrown out of passing cars.  Taxes on plastics, unnecessary and non biodegradable packaging would be most welcome! The rest of the day was spent on odd jobs and bread making before tonight's badminton match.
