Team Meeting

So today I had arranged for my first meeting with my new team and got up at 4:15am for the long drive down.

We only have a small team of 5 and that became 4 after 1 handed me his letter of resignation before we even started.

Good job I don’t take it personally as his decision was made before Christmas and I was expecting it.

Welcome to Management lol....

Now for recruitment.

Long day rounded of with a hotel gym session followed by dinner and a pint (or two).
