A lovely find!

As my dear Mum has moved to Maison L'Aumone Residential Home, her home of 66 years has to be cleared. It's a very emotional time for all of us especially her and also for me as I have lived either with or next door to my parents for 62 of my 64 years. Today whilst sorting through various papers that my dear Dad had saved I found this paper. It's the Daily Sketch from 24th June 1959 when Princess Margaret visited Guernsey and I was the only one who curtsied. This was the centre page!
