What to do!

The tomatoes this year were a very late crop and now I have loads and loads of green and slowly ripening red tomatoes .

First lot of green tomato chutney in the pan and the house stinks of vinigar, but its hardly made a dent in the pile!

Photographed two of them, now just have to get rid of the rest - I do hate wasting them.

Red tomato and pepper soup turned out well - well worth roasting the tomatoes first for more flavour.
