Defrosted the freezer.
Got the mobile phone working, signal upstairs. Many thanks to my daughter for playing along whilst I got the hand of making calls and sending text messages.
Chatted with our friendly window cleaner.
Made a large batch of crumble mix, most of it frozen but some with blackberries & Bramley Apples.
MrD and I watched a film Testament of Youth on Netflix, very powerful and beautifully crafted story ... we enjoyed a little glass of homemade damson gin too ...
