Another day, another project...

I have been eyeing this cardi pattern for a couple of years now. I wanted to make it in "nice" yarn and couldn't quite justify the cost all at once. And when I could, other things took priority. I found a 20% discount on exactly the right yarn and toyed again just before Mother's Day. Hubby pulled the trigger and bought it for me. I can't decide if he did it for me, or his sanity. Either way. I am well on my way to having a granny but awesomely warm cardi made with merino blend superwash wool.
