Bit of a disaster of a race made better by a few reyhydating pints afterwards. Picked the wrong route going south to avoid the police activity over another dead Russian in the north. Got stuck in low scoring area Then had to slow up and run walk the end due to my achilles which now appears to be buggered. On the plus side StorksRock placed 8th woman !
