Pink waves - AT142

A macro abstract of the base of a soft pink lisianthus flower for today's Abstract Thursday challenge. Any object, natural or man-made can become an abstract when you get close enough, it's then all about the lines, colours, pattern. As in this image there only seem to be two main colours, pinks and greens, I'm also entering it into Markus_Hediger's Experimental Photography challenge, which has the theme 'Bichromatic' this week.

I'm so looking forward to your entries and hope you're having fun getting close to things :-) Do tell me if your entry, even if tagged correctly with AT142, does not show up in the whole collection of today's entries here, not even after half an hour.
