Ljubljana

Ljubljana was my choice in our biannual choosing of Christmas present trip from us to us.
The capital of Slovenia, it is relatively small and the centre is pedestrian. The river Ljubljanica runs through crossed by several walking bridges. A castle watches over at the top of a hill.

Our room is very central, which is great, if a tad noisy.
We had a walk around and stopped for yummy falafels. Rain... but hey. We're on holiday!!
