The HCBs at the Peak

A pretty full on day with our visitors starting with yum cha at Maxim’s City Hall, one of the best places to go.

Thankfully Maureen and John enjoyed everything and tried whatever I suggested. And they even treated me, how sweet.

Onwards to St John’s Cathedral where we just happened to arrive at the right time for afternoon prayers which we stayed for.

We then walked to The Peak tram but the lines were so long so I opted to go up in a taxi and ride down on the tram. All of which worked out perfectly. It was quiet up there and Maureen and John loved the views. Wish I could ‘delete’ the lady standing beside them, but it is what it is!

Back down and a walk through Hong Kong Park and some bird watching. Coffee at Pacific Place and rest for our weary legs.

Once we were revived, we caught a tram to Wedding Street in Wan Chai where we took lots of pics of the pretty red lanterns.

Finally on a ferry home to a restful evening. Good times indeed. Our guests have held up very well.
