Abstract Macro

Ingeborg has asked us to come right up close for an abstract macro today,
This is more or less straight out of camera, I have just reduced some of the colour to give it more of an abstract feel.  However I have now lost the focus on the centre.  I quite like the effect, but not sure it is what is needed for this challenge.
