Go in at your peril

I walked down to the town this afternoon to meet an Oban Times journalist - we wanted a picture of Graham MacQueen, representing his company charity, handing over twenty nice new litter pickers, or litter pliers as they call them, to our 'Keep Oban Beautiful' group. We'll be using them a week on Saturday for our 'Oban Spring Clean'.

On the way back I popped into our local Oxfam shop - they have a separate book room at the back and it's very hard to come out without something! I managed to escape with only one! The picture's not that sharp, I'm afraid as I was using my tiny emergency Canon Power Shot which has a chipped lens.

Off to Edinburgh tomorrow for a few days, so a change of Blipscene.
