Dunnock

Also known as a Hedge Sparrow. On my way to the park I have to take my bike on a bridge over the railway line. On my way down I heard  the excited chatter of birds - I parked up and grabbed my camera - there were about twenty of these little Dunnocks scrabbling around in the hedge along the railway track. I watched them for a long while - they did not seem to mind my being there! They must be used to the trains, and constant stream of folk using the foot bridge.
