Oh Happy Day!!

It was day 2 of my annual emergency training today. I’m legal to fly for another year! There’s always a huge sigh of relief when it’s over. When I got home there was a tin of these homemade biscuits waiting for me by my front door - a belated birthday present from my dear neighbours. Six happy smiley faces! Very appropriate for this happy day! The diet restarts tomorrow!

I didn’t get home from day 1 until 8pm last night and day 2 was an early start, meaning I had to get up at 5am this morning. I was in my PJs by 7pm this evening and am now enjoying some chillax time in front of the TV. I think it’s high time for a cup of tea and a smiley face biscuit or two, don’t you think??
