Sunday snow, tea & horiscopes

Lovely lie-in on this cold windy day with numerous snow flurries. It was preducted to be a great say for my sweetie in his Libra horiscope. I went off to the pool for my weekly swim and spent 10 minutes on the bike trainer (just rollers, using your own balance/core to stay balanced). I have committed to adding 2 min every session until i reach 20 min. The tea photo is my favorite set of mugs by Wrendale that i discovered when staying at a fabulous Bristol B&B farmhouse. The inside of the mug that you can see is a drawing of an upended duck!
