A rare blip

A rare blip of A running. I love this shot as it captures quite how muddy the XC race was! The boys also ran but weren’t anywhere near as muddy as their dad!
Mother’s Day - spent standing around in muddy and snowy fields cheeering on everyone else. I had a couple of lovely cards from the boys and some flowers. Attempts to go for lunch were unsuccessful so we went to M&S for scones and cream and made my own afternoon tea at home!
Cs friend arrived for his sleep over, luckily we managed to get them asleep about 10.30 (the C can come “sleep in our bedroom floor if you are not quiet” threat seemed to work well - it was school next day)
