Time to face the music

Today I went to my Slimming World group to be weighed after a stressful week with my dad in hospital, a tough time at work, a meal out to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday and of course birthday cake my diet has disappeared out of the window. So I accepted the weight gain and hope to lose it by next week.
