Groove Is In The Heart

I went to the gym this evening as it's probably the last time I'll get there before my operation and after that, well, who knows.   

I did a bendy class, Bodybalance,  and then Bodycombat, both with my favourite instructor.   I had so much energy and power, I surprised myself.  800 calories was a bonus.  Heart rate hit some highs but I'm still alive.  

After that, I had mushrooms on toast (brioche, I'm posh, me) and an unhealthy amount of Galaxy.
