Fondant Fancies

Hmmmmm!

faffy fiddly and flippin infuriating to make..
but i was told to make em, so make em i did!

the instructions were as per normal..
written on the board..my fear being Nina would wipe them off in an instant **she has an OCD for a clean write on wipe off board..

ANYWAY!!!
they were as faffy to make as i remembered, having watched them being made Once before...but what they lacked in appearance they made up for in flavour!

also made gluten free brownies,and blackcurrant tea cakes..theyre a doddle by comparison..even the italian meringue is easier than the faff of a fondant fancy
**and NO! Great British Bake off is NOT on my to do list! hurrumpf!
