All change

I bumped into this fellow this morning whilst doing a spot of shopping then it was of to McDonald's for breakfast my sleep pattern is no better but I have my own doctor today so I will mention it to her I am still in a fair bit of discomfort from the shingles so I will also mention that it looks like we will have to put of the allotment for a bit yet but hopefully a few weeks every thing will be better and we can start planting as far as my mood goes it's about a 4 out of 10 some room for improvement there as well.
