Spaniel Eyes

I've been out of the house all day today - usually I work from home.

Jess was therefore particularly pleased to see me on my return and sat with her head on my leg looking at me like this.

I'd like to think it was lovingly but I think there is a hint of resentment too.

Nice big wet nose though!
