Distraction

I was so busy admiring the view and the clouds and trying to capture it in a photograph that I almost stepped back on Sammy Snake who was lurking in the bracken. A good wake up call as, in my joy of being able to walk daily in this wonderful countryside, I had forgotten adders live here too.
