Lemon Sponge

Milling in the kitchen this morning, suddenly realised the stock I had lifted out to defrost overnight for soup making, was NOWHERE to be found!

I found it back in the freezer, on interrogation at hometime, ChildThree confessed to putting it in there after breakfast, luckily I had found it before it had re frozen and the soup was yum!

Also made Fougasse, from scratch, without the breadmaker. I forgot to take pictures before we ate it all and that is why you have the Lemon Sponge instead, I even made lemon curd for the filling.
