This is the face of a dog who's feeling pushed out of his rightful place in the spotlight. He can't understand why the newbie thinks the TV is a window, not just moving wallpaper. Everyone knows dogs don't see things on TV, usually. Now that she's discovered her voice, Maxie likes to bark at dogs on the box, even going round the back to see where they've gone when they disappear off the edge. She also barks at gay characters with moustaches, for some reason, and flattens herself like a small rug when approached. Knowing nothing of her first 7 years of life, I can only speculate on the causes....
