Gorgeous day. Clear warm. Crispy leaves to wade through and sun filtering through the trees. Me and D also collected ten ounces of the last brambles. Maybe eleven but D demands his share in edible berry form.Have booked table for dinner on Sat night to celebrate mums 85th birthday. Now trying to decide what kind of cake to make.
