The dark side of Braehead House...
It has been such a busy day, I didn't have a moment from when I left home this morning at 0800hrs until getting back at 1830hrs to take a photograph. Not even a week into my blipfoto career, I decided I couldn't fail this early in my journey, so quickly snapped the front view of my home with my iPad before settling down to my evening meal. Not great as a photograph I know...but allows me to share something.
I am very fortunate to live in one of the flats created out of the former headquarters of the Nairn corporation. Nairns used to be the largest supplier of linoleum throughout the British Empire. Next door to my flat is the original fully equipped snooker room for the company directors. Magnificent table from the 1930s. Pity I have no talent for snooker whatsoever!
