Roll with it

Seems to be a general problem this year that Bramleys are low in pectin. So the apple & chilli jelly was back in the pan with a bit more sugar & pectin.

The rolling boil really is beautifully hypnotic.

Anyhoo back in the jars and setting nicely with no of last nights drama queen strops I am happy to report!
