BIRTHDAY BOY

Its Tino's birthday today.  He is 7 years old.  He has spent the day quietly indoors - sleeping, eating and a little bit of playing. 

The weather today has been terrible.  Rainy and cold.  And even worse weather is forecast over the weekend.  Snow.  The blipmeet planned for tomorrow at The Sage, Gateshead has been cancelled. Thats a shame.  Its been rescheduled for September.

Watched The Cheltenham Gold Cup on TV.  Lost a tenner.  That'll teach me to have a flutter.

Booked a couple of theatre tickets online - Dr Dolittle in February next year and The House on Cold Hill ( written by author Peter James ) in March next year. 

I hung on for a break in the rain before going out - but there wasn't one so I got well wrapped up and set off down to the village.  Got some fruit.  Bought extra in case I can't get out tomorrow.
