Sunny intervals

That’s what the forecast said on my weather app. There was no mention whatsoever, though, of the torrential rain and hail that came in between! I took this (not very good) photo while parked at Sainsbury’s as something to do during one such shower.

In other news, I successfully posted off the rib, labelled ‘scientific sample’ as advised by the lab. I was keeping everything crossed that the post office clerk wouldn’t ask what it was and was mightily relieved when she just said ‘I assume it contains what it says?’, which I confirmed with a smile.
