Best place to live in Scotland, allegedly!

According to a Sunday Times survey, Melrose is the best place to live in Scotland. It looked pretty quiet to me when I took a wee detour on my way to work this afternoon. Mind you, it was chilly. I didn’t even get out of the car, just rolled the window down.
