Autumnal Steps

I am just in, it's nearly 8 pm. Off to throw something instant in the oven, and then start to clear the overflowing ironing whilst watching Michael Palin start his travels around Brazil. (BBC1 at 9 pm in the UK).

Sad moment today was hearing the news that Scottish singer-songer writer Michael Marra has died, aged 60. A link here to his version of Burns' "Green Grow the Rashes O". I've always liked his earthy voice and whit, regret never hearing him live.
