The River Exe in full rampage mode!  A serious amount of rainfall has to go somewhere.  The bridge creates a rather tenuous link to the weekly theme of architecture... although some little tool has tagged it . Badly.    Perhaps I will find a more worthy subject for the theme tomorrow.  Watch the film clip
