Angela Brazil

(Brazzle please, not Brazil as in the country) wrote scores of stories about girls’ boarding schools. They were most definitely before my time but in the 1980s I had a bit of a thing for scouring old bookshops and junkshops for books such as hers. I had absolutely loads of them but over time I’ve donated most to charity bookshops and sales in the hope that someone else will get pleasure from them. I did keep all the Angela Brazils though and a few other favourites. I’ve been saving them up for an emergency blip. It’s far too cold to be outside looking for blips in the garden.
