When God was a Rabbit

Finally finished..it's a wonderful book, full of very quirky love. I always end up rushing to finish the story, and then suffering that feeling of loss when it's over.

Rough night, I am regularly waking at 3 after a fairly decent sleep, and then struggling to go back to sleep. I have stopped drinking tea after dinner time, one because of the caffeine, and two because of the nocturnal need to pee. But it hasn't helped. My brain is just too busy.

Had a lovely day, walk by the river, supermarket sweep, lunch at the lovely new coffee shop in our village. Now have roast chicken in the oven 2 dogs on my lap ( it's a squeeze!) and the fire ready to light.. Happy Saturday!
