March in March

After a visit to my sister-in-law in Edinburgh, I braved the icy cold to join the Walk a Mile event in Peebles to raise awareness of mental health; www.seemescotland.org/
As it was I don't think we walked more then half a mile as the windchill factor was about -10! Luckily we recuperated with hot tea and cakes and my friend Helen won a hamper in the raffle.
Tonight we're off to other friends to celebrate St Patrick's. Great grand slam result!
