Endure

Bible Society Lent Challenge - endure
According to a website, cactuses represent endurance, and that makes sense as they have to endure inhospitable environments and weather. Thus is our cactus, known as Bill, who has to endure neglect and people continually leaning over him and saying "Is it dead?". But when I looked recently I saw that baby cactuses are appearing, which must be the best sign of endurance.
I thought using the flash brought out the texture better than I expected.
