Love is in the Air

This is a Female RedWing Black Bird.....Yeah, I know, it sure doesn't look like a Black Bird. But look at the extra to see her mate and you will see where the name comes from.
I had a lovely walk around the lakes at Dawson Creek Park; it wasn't exactly sunny and the sky wasn't exactly blue......but it was pleasant. I took a hundred photos, but the Female was my choice because I loved the tree she was perched in and the effect in the unusual light.
I spent most of the day out and about running errand or out in nature. It was indeed a good day.
