Dexter: Keep on the Sunny Side

Here is a thing that cats are born knowing: the best spot for napping is the sunniest one. We are fortunate in that our house gets lots of wonderful light in the afternoon. It shines in through the back windows and throws shadows everywhere.

Dexter claimed this spot on the floor, where the sun was very inviting. It also showed him in his best light, so to speak: terracotta nose glistening, fur sleek and fuzzy, paws pink, whiskers white and twitchy, eyeliner perfect as per usual.  ;-)
