Saturday: Across The Water

I have given K. a very thoughtful and loving gift in the form of my cold. She is most grateful and appreciative.

It didn't stop us meeting up with H and J at the Kits Boathouse for dinner. It was a lovely evening - the view from there Is great. I had some very nice oysters, followed by a miso-glazed sablefish. K. had a prawn curry to try and clear her tubes.

Really enjoyed Bruce Springsteen's autobiography, 'Born To Run,, which I finished this morning. I've always enjoyed his music but he writes prose really decently too.
